In the startpos files, where the effect of the various offices are placed, you find columns for loyalty, acumen, dread, warcraft and piety, followed by the columns for vice index and virtue index.
My question is:
What numbers in this column have what effect?
e.g. does a general who is granted this title gain virtues faster if there is a positive virtue index? Is he less likely to develop vices if the vice index is negative?
