Shorten the marching time

Hi guys. I'm not a good modder but I would like to shorten the marching time of the units. Why I have to wait 1 turn (1 year or 4 month - depends on the game how many turns you have for 1 year) for a unit to march a distance that in real time you make it in 1 day or 1 week. Same with the navy. There is a chanse to improove in this way the game? Same with the recruting time. Is somebody who can help me and others with the same problem? Thank you Georg

Don't know if this is possible in empire but in older versions you could increase the range of the units so they can move further. You could also change recruitment time to 0 turns but it will still take 1 turn to make anything. But you can make more of them.
