Seen it before and he raises good but obvious points. It's sad really that so many are ignorant of what food is good and bad. I rarely eat crisps, chocolate and all that other bad stuff because I know what's in it, the answer being complete and utter c***. The problem is evident in the UK, even worse in the US. Since the 1950's the average American has been consuming some 3000 calories a day, that was in the 1950's. Bigger portions with even worse standards of food has created a catastrophic health problem.

Quite, the Post-War diet has only worsened over time. What you eat and where you buy it are things most people don't think about.

That was a nice video, nothing new really but an important message nonetheless.

The part about low fat products being full of sugar hits home hard. Low fat is a clever marketing ploy. Eating the equivalent amount of sugar vs fat, the sugar is much, much worse for you. Your body will not digest all of the fat, as it is significantly harder to do so. However, it will absorb all the sugar, mess up the body's insulin levels and start storing it the excess sugar as fat.
