This is my first foray back into Taekwondo in years. I am quite out of shape now (at least compared to a few years ago) and overweight, so it took some work to get back in. :P My school took in all three places for sparring, which is the first time that has ever happened. :beam:

lol, it is not that bad. I actually sparr very gentlemanly. I used very good control and pulled my kicks right after contact. He on the other hand did his best to clobber me as hard as he could, but he could not get a single kick past my guard. My arms were quite sore afterward, but I was told that he spent the next day in a wheel chair because he was kicking my guard with such force. I have two broken ribs, but I wanted to compete anyway, so I did not declare them. :P I just kept the ole' guard really tight, and managed to walk away without taking a single kick to the chest. :PQuote:
