Central Europe defenders disappeared!

I recently started new campaign as Pontos and when I opened the map I didn't find all these guys - Satres, Diazenis etc. Search with character_reset also didn't help. Is it a bug?

I play 1.2 on alx.exe, Atraphoenix Legions mod. It's my fifth campaign in this configuration but previously I didn't have such a problem. Is it a bug?

I think the script spawns them 10 years or so after you start the game.
