All units have maximum upgrades, which of course is imposable.

A request has made for their banning from Steam.

There were proofs given along with the complaint.
This was not a witch hunt, there was no innocent person accused or banned (he is now gone btw).

VAC doesn't just ban without a reason, there have been ZERO false positives since it was created (excluding bugs/glitches that caused bans but Valve reversed those).

Yep. Don't cheat, simple. I'm a bad MP player skill wise, but I'm not going to cheat though. Then I won't be any better then these people.

I didn't imagine that could exists cheat for napoleon total war online or every game of the total war series
