Mapping Progress for Portuguese Invasion

well, sorry for the long time of delay, but apparently, research and university works made me stalled, and just continue the mapping progress yesterday... now start to paint the trees.... :grin:

Wolf, did you draw the border based on Historical approximation, or more for AI pathfinding? I see you minimize the neighbouring province contacts...

well, adding more cities could be done only slowly by slowly... especially when every 4 city, you must check for all 4 text scripts are ok, no Campaign map CTD are occured in some turns, and manage to view each city's RGB vaules one by one (even when I keep some ballpoint note at my side)... please be patient :grin:

Hmm, you know, 70% of Malaysia Peninsular coast line is mangrove swamp... only 30% in certain area is beach sand...

You could not draw the main river, can you? Old settlements were built by or near the river.

At the center of Malay Peninsular, there are several mountain ranges that run through north to near south, and contact between west and East Peninsular is almost impossible. There are 3 places of Mountain Pass in peninsular, 1) somewhere at Kedah-Patani, 2) Reman-legeh and 3) Penarikan.

Mountain ranges can slow down of conquest in peninsular.

We can make who control Penarikan receive more trade bonus.

The province of Penarikan are to be combined with small chunk of Pahang's land.

Tanjung Tuan is a famous place that witnesses the conflicts between Portuguese-Malacca, Portuguese-Johor-Aceh and Portuguese-Holland.

Cannot be divided into 2 coz Bertam Ulu is very near to Kota Melaka and in campaign map both will appear beside to each other....

that last map that malay peninsulla was finished contains scrolling CTD when zoomed to the certain island regions that I've added, so regretably, I revert back to the old map (apparently something was error in that, but I have the copy), and now it turned out that Malay peninsulla is smaller than central Java, and city points CAN be placed in shores, but it generate miserable CTD that was unrepairable, so this is the lastest "working" map (sumatera and jawa are completed and CTD free, but something due map_heights, forest tiles and settements in Malaysia made my head ache... I'm trying to remake that as soon as possible now....

notice that some textwork had been added as well (as usual, our great guest Jebivjetar turned out to be very2 bribeable - the side effect of having too much settlements concentrated is you gain terrible riches that wasn't easy to be throwned out...
