Ive picked up the Gnomes Unit Editor and have started making some custom units by changing their stats and name, etc. Does anyone know how to change what the units look like http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...s/confused.gif

bifreader2.2 will extract the bifs to bmp
then you can edit them with photoshop
or whatever works http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...ns/biggrin.gif
you can get the bifreader on the downloads from
the org.
