Hey all. I've searched a bit, and can't find my answer. I don't usually use cheat codes, but I was wondering if it was possible to give a settlement from one faction to another. Syracuse to the Eleutheroi, for example. Is that possible? Thanks!

for a sepecific faction ı mostly bribe the city with money cheat "add_money 40000" many times more than 1 million :-) than I send a diplomat to which faction I want to give the city. if you give them 100k they surely accept the offer.
BTW I never use cheat codes only when the game is about to end or I want to save ... of a faction I give them huge amounts of money and bribe the enemy captains who besiege their cities.
It is roleplaying but the only cheat code I use for myself is toggle_fow and I never write the code if you press F1 then click show me how EB GEneric script activates the spy code that shows everything.
I hope it may help for you. It used to work for me when I wanted to roleplay AS rebellions.
You'll can use ForceDiplomacy to buy an enemy settlement and then sell it to the wished faction. Remember, due to engine limitations, the AI will not build the best available government system which can make the city quite worthless...the script only places a working government if the city is captured.
