Can somebody explain to me what the type 1,2,3,4 governments are for?
When I read the title of this thread, "I don't understand governments...", I felt a sudden rush of sympathy, because I too sometimes feel bewildered. What really does go on behind those closed doors? Anyway, here's a very useful read on governments and other buildings in EB:Quote:

1. lets you build lvl 5 factional MIC

build type 1 whereever possible build type 4 where local men have good warriors like india for elephants crete for archers....
ın fact I mostly do not build gov 2 and 3 that much exept romani whose gov2 type allows you recruit legionaries...
Type 3 is enough for legionaries. Gallic and hispanic auxiliary cavalry need lvl 2 (something I don't really understand).Quote:
