It's a pack of many minimods for EB put together in a single installer... I don't recall all of those, but there's one city mod, very neat, that forbid the growth of cities where it shouldn't have a huge city (tehre's onl;y 6 or 7 on the whole map... like cartage and rome and...) plus deny the roads where there wasn't at the time...) all in all, very interesting stuff. Im not sure, I was hoping he's still active. Did you end up trying the minimod pack with BI in the end?
Not yet, i'm affraid to :daisy: my game because of that. though anyway I'd have to restart a game, to reinstall everything is a pain... Tomorow I'll try it!
Or does anyone have any idea on how to modify the files to make it work for BI???
