I don't think you can. I gave bars and brothels a negative number for religious influence and this did raise the amount of heritics as long as there were no churches or other positve influences.

I think you can if you change the religion, culture and behavior entries in the Medieval/Campmap/Startpos/Early.txt file in culture next to the province line you want to change delete the current culture entry and add PAGAN_CULTURE in the religion entry change to PAGAN_RELIGION and in behavior change to BARBARIAN_RAIDER save your changes, and I believe that should do it .https://www.clipart.com/sthm/thm5/CL...tch114.thm.jpg
I should also have added that using a negative religous influence may give some buggy results. It seemed to work initially, but later on I was getting provinces with 100% christian, 40% orthodox, and 100% muslim all in the same province(240%). http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...s/confused.gif So I took it out of my mod. I did not do much testing to figure if I could work around it. That is the only way I know how to increase the amount of heritics in a province.
