I bought RTW Gold for Mac. But while still enabling the rome shell option in Advanced settings, I could not understand what are the keys in the Italian keyboard.

Hold Shift+CMD to open an options window when you start the game and then this should help I don't see why it shouldn't work for an Italian version :) I hope this helps!!
