Found a nice alternate site about historical units like in EB

This site is similar to that if you would be looking at the factional units at the EB main site, but the units are somewhat different in their appearance and there are also other new units.

Nice find. It will hopefully be a very interesting read...who knows, it might even be the faction list :-P

It'll be interesting to see whether any of the factions selected for that mod that were not selected for EB (Bellovaci, Illyria, Senones, Celtiberi and Thraike) make it into EB II... That mod also has Boii and Bosporos, but those have, as we know, already been confirmed for EB II...

That mod is in development very loooong... I think it's by a completly french team... However they're units lack the quality of the ones in EB imho, at least judging by the pictures, and i've seen many units that have clearly been "inspired" by EB :)

"Inspired"? A bit more than that, i think:inquisitive: but then again, they did their skins, but as anubis88 said, they are no match for EB.

In the past, we didn't allow threads about other modding projects here because it usually led to mod bashing. This is the EB forum, and the other modding team may not like to see their work attacked by the "competition".

However, the OP does not compare the project to EB, so I am not sure what the actual question is. I am closing this thread, but if you disagree, send me a note.
