Why be tactful? Noise pollution is a vastly underrated crime.

What does he play on the radio? Music, talk, rap, country, western?
Wait for him and swear to God in heaven that if he plays that garbage too loud again you will cave his head in with a sledgehammer.

Sing along and dance a modest jig. Perhaps he will become uncomfortable and stop playing the music all together! :D

Singing these songs with more than 2 people practically ensures that at least one sings (slightly) off tone. Besides those are horrible songs.
