Are you complaining that your neighbor's tree is too big and is causing you discomfort? Have you asked him to remove it? :beam: ~;)

When the leaves fall off in autumn (I guess that's Dec 25th-Jan12th in your neck of the woods), use your leafblower to blow the leaves into his yard. Preferably when he is home. And immediately after he mows his yard.

Wait for your neighbour and swear to God in heaven that if he doesn't cut that tree you will cave his head in with a sledgehammer.

Build a tire swing and have some fun. Climb to the top and yell of your dominance to the rest of the neighborhood!

Dance naked around it enacting various ancient pagan fertility rites to the tree and basically if he is any sort of proper Texan he will chop it down the day after.

if the tree is maple tree, just ask your neighbours for some syrop

Go to the hardware store and buy copper chloride *Root Out* used for clearing tree roots from septic lines. Dig some small holes round the base of the tree, pack with the copper chloride and water it in.
