Yes and yes!
It will install into its' own folder in Mevieval II Total War/mods and put an icon on the desktop if you like.
installed it, loving it :D i have version 2.1 and i see preciouse little threads for it. all are for 1.4
Also i was wondering if their is any way to change the cheers and speeches. for the speeches i wanted to implement actuall speeches from teh movie,
