How to change EB unit costs and upkeep

I understand that the numbers are realistic, but I'm sure the settlements made a lot more money than what the mod says and lets you play. At the end of the day, it's a video game, and we like to have fun playing video games so if somebody could tell me how to change the unit costs and upkeep costs of the EB mod it would be greatly appreciated.
I know you're supposed to change the 'export_descr_unit' file and I did...all 3 of those files and it still doesn't work.

Please help I'm just trying to have fun playing this mod instead of being in immediate debt after the first turn...

Are you sure that you have changed the second number in the stat_cost line?

yes sir. It's actually working right now, all I did diferently was run the game as admin, thanks though
