Low FPS after moving agent [Big tehnical problem, help!]

First i must tell you that i tried on my laptop and also on my desktop computer.
lap top is 2.2ghz, 5650 512ram, 4gb RAM, my desk is 3.0 ghz, 5750 512 ram, 2gb RAM.
I have same problem on both of my computers.

When i start the game i have avarage 30-40 fps, with scroling.
When i load script it decreases a little, but nothing i can take.
BUT , i noticed LARGE frame drop to 5-10 fps, when i try to move my spy or diplomat, after i move ( this is not happening every time ) my fps goes low low low. Problem is gone when i end turn.

Herp derp help anyone ?

Well, i move my agents only within their max. movement points for a turn. Moving them farther, after their point are depleted, causes the effect you´ve described above. But to resolve the fps drop you don´t have to end the turn, just need to move another agent ( or an army, iirc ) and everything will become normal.
