I thought that the further South you went, the dumber people were supposed to get? Guess that isn't quite true, huh?

The only reason North Dakota is on that list is because of the indians. For real.

It is measuring gain Vuk, not actual enrollments or intelligence. If state X had lower enrollments to begin with, then the gain is obviously much easier to increase as a percentage. It doesn't change the fact that the most presitigous Colleges are outside the South. I'm not suggesting that those in the South are stupid, just that the average in the North-West and West tends towards greater educational achievements.

We aren't dumb in the South, we just can't keep the stupid ones off the TV.
