My friend and I are very much interested in creating a clan for Shogun 2:Total War. We are very determined, mature individuals who would really like to start climbing the leader boards of multiplayer. We have a vast amount of experience in Total War games, ranging back all the way from Rome, Medieval 1 and 2, Empire, etc.We personally excelled in every one of those games, and are looking to take our experiences to Shogun 2, and hopefully become the best of the best.
We haven't official launched the clan yet, but we are currently looking for leaders and members to get it operational. Our clan will involve a system of democracy where everyone will be able to voice their opinions, and have an insight on clan procedures. Our clan will be fair, with an open mindset that will give everyone a chance. Every member joining will be given the opportunity to make a difference in the clan. We in fact encourage such behavior, and our clan will thrive on an enlightened method of conducting our affairs.
What do we have to offer?

- Long term experience in Total War games, which translates into training for those in need.
- An environment that is fun yet competitive at the same time.
What are the standard membership requirements?
- Member must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be mature, but at the same time have a sense of humor (We aren't looking for stiff's).
- Ventrilo, with a working microphone.
- An adequate amount of skill and experience in previous Total War games. (We aren't looking for big time pro's, so don't worry)
- An attitude that will not bring drama, or any other negatives to the clan.
What are the leadership requirements?

- An idealist who can think of ideas to improve and bring prosperity to the clan.
- Previous leadership experience within other clans.
- Ability to communicate and represent the clan's interests.
- Desire to help each member that is in need of support.
- The ability to facilitate and maintain multiple clan procedures.
- Set a positive example through one's behavior and actions.
- Not required but highly recommended, a skill in various endeavors (ie. website design, photoshop, etc) that can help the clan and/or promote it in a positive way.
