I may redo the level 1 agents, not sure i'm happy with them. Depends on feedback.

Made some more out of a few retainers I thought might make good avatars. Back in the day we had STW units as avatars, not characters. My current avatar is one! I decided to make a few test avatars out of unit cards, Katana Hero and Naginata Monk respectively. Feedback appreciated. If you like them as much as the others I'll do more of those too.

Inspired by this request more unit cards are done.

Think that's a nice round number to start with. Reds, if you'd like, you can upload these for use - i don't think i'll be making many more in the next few days. :bow: I also have the originals saved, so if you'd like me to send them in a zip file for your convenience that's possible too.
Barring special requests like higher level agents (which i can't do without a good screenshot) I've covered most of the Daimyo and their starting generals for every major clan. I also got some minor ones thrown in the mix too. Most of the unit cards turned out okay but it looks like katana, onni bushi and yari cavalry got a little smudged in their resizes. Want to experiment with unit cards a bit before i make any more, dont want that to happen again.
If I do more i'll update and post accordingly but for now, I think that's pretty good ~D

How do you take a screen shot of the strat map? My ninja still lives! Then, how do I post it here?

f12 is the default screenshot grab on steam. It then saves it in a screenshot directory, in the screenshot manager you can then upload online or select "Show on disk". I'm unsure how to link to the steam cloud but someone else might know.
Showing on the disk will let you see where the file is saved, and you can upload it to a site like imageshack or imgur, where they will host it. Then just post a link here in [img] tags. :yes:
If you want to help, right click on your ninja and bring up the detailed information screen for him, you know the one that shows his retainers, ect. It will give me the largest portrait to work with.

I don't have TWS2, so I'm not entirely sure what each avatar represents. Obviously, I see Geishas, but there are others that I'm unsure whether they qualify as generals, samurai, or ninjas. Plus, there's a few that look almost like peasants. Since you know what you've taken pictures of, could you re-organize them in your post into categories like that? All the other game avatars are split up in that manner, and I'd like to keep the structure consistent.
Also, if you're looking to create more, in previous games people were able to find the raw artwork files in the games and edit them from there, to avoid having to take in-game screenshots of everything.

Posts reorganized. Generals and Daimyo avatars split into their own respective groups. Unit card and agent avatars all have clear labels that define what you're looking at.

TinCow gave me an archive filled with art lifted directly from the game's files. The one downside is there's no background for them. I Don't think it was included, and don't know where to find it. Here's an example, posted with the suggested "level six ninja" avatar i planned to do today.

So i thought :daisy: it, i'll make a Shogun 2 style backdrop myself. Which wasn't that hard honestly, just applying two colors together in a gradient.

Overall not that bad, but the edges will require more work than before, as you can see. This will mean instead of 15 min per avatar i'll probably be spending 25 on each due to fine touches. Why am I telling you this? I dunno. ~D
