My main machine has a Micro ATX board and the main problem is the lack of PCI/PCI-E slots - it has one PCIe x16, one PCIe x1 and two PCI. There are also only two DIMM slots. To cut a long story short, everything about Micro ATX is budget. My advice: go for a regular ATX board.
:2cents:
i have built two, one with a Sugo 01e case and the other with a Sugo 03 case.
it is cramped, and you'll never want to open it up again because of that, but mATX is cool.
i'd recommend the Silverstone FT03, i'd love to build one!
Same.

I'm tempted to stick my file server in one, but then it'd look better than my actual rig. xD
