Heh. I remember that thread... I joined while it was in progress, I think. Sometime after they went from "Suggestions for CA to make the game more historical" to "Flaming pigs and head-hurlers, dudes. Let's make a mod."
I remember thinking "This sounds cool but it'll likely never see the light of day before I'm through with this game."

We have a fairly detailed "history of EB" thread inside the EB members forum. Maybe it will be edited for public release one day. This (link that you post) is where it starts though.
Wow...that sounds great. Actually, is there any chance that the team will eventually open up your private forum after EB2 is released as a sort of archive. I think that many people would die to see that.Quote:
