fleets in the caspian see - what´s to change in descr_regions for that

would be pleased over help how to change something to be able to build at least smallfleets in the caspian see.

wanted to build a dock in Kabalaka to have ships for troop-transportation from Gava-Mazsakata - but seems that no docks available to build around the caspian see.. which i actually dont understand: pirates have ships there but the new persian empire is not able to build ships?

is it possible at all to change something in the EB/Data - in this case maybe descr_regions - to be able to build fleets there?
..but dont know what exactly i should change there.?

Caspian Sea belongs to the ocean province, it is hardcoded that pirates can spawn there.

thanks Xsamatan - yes the move_character function would be the easiest for this purpose - so actually i have to withdraw my request for modding in descr_regions ..Tellos Athenaios told me that would be not save game compatible

anyway - printed out your great Guide for that and tried it yesterday first time, (works perfectly) ..really very useful - thanks for this great Guide
