STEAM WHY MUST YOU FAIL ME NOW

sorry guys but i need some immediate help.

WTF does this mean

Click on steam to activate,

Steam.exe(main exception): CMultiFieldBlob(pSerialized): Bad field - extends past end of blob



needless to say i cant activate steam and that is very frustrating. Any help?


Resolved by myself.

Go into your steam files and locate the file called clientregistry.blob and change it to clientregistryold.blob.

If that doesn't work try this.

edit: missed the edit...

thanks though.

actually i just deleted the file and steam updated itself.
