Which "meat" did you prefer? (common ones)

title said, which kind of meat did you prefer for your tasty foods? the taste and textures? Vegetarian alternatives included as well for completeness.

(BTW, I know, there's more than these lists, and some "exotic" meats are tastiers, but for the love of puppies and kittens, I didn't include them - I know eating them is felony in most western countries)

I am partial to a goat curry.

Im a steak kind of guy.

Lamb/Goat comes first. Chicken second. All seafood and pork comes third.

Um, Sheep / Goat / Lamb-Mutton meat for me I guess.

Poultry pig and fish are nice, but I mostly eat cow, love red meat

Voted poultry, but specifically duck. Duck is the greatest meat in the world. Rich and flavorful while still lean and healthy. My second choice would be bison.

I'm going to step on certain peoples toes but I'm going to say horse.

My favourites are moose and Beef.

Pork for me. Mainly due to ham and bacon.

mostly fish-- Love, love, love the Pacific Northwest in that aspect. Though I still have a special place in my heart for beef-- which will no doubt cause a massive heart attack sometime in the future.

grade a beef.

It's between cow and chicken for me, but veal puts it over the top for the bovines. Yes, I'm a horrible, horrible person. :sweatdrop:

I see food and eat it. Fried cabbage with bacon, yummy. There's not a whole lot I'll spit out. I draw the line at insects though. :stare:

Love Beef and Moose meat but hate deer for some reason.:shrug:

Also, here in El Salvador, they serve horse meat on Pizza Hut.

I also like to devour raw living fish with my mouth, just as I pull them out of the river.

I went for the soy-based products, but only because there was no option for fungi/mycoprotein foodstuffs!

Im surprised on how much said they actually like horses, whales, and non usual stuffs. And as i allready told long time ago, my favourite is roasted puppies (even when i keep a dog for pet myself, different breeds i say). But as saying this in the open can get some of the non asians cry for the poor puppies, i'll choose seafood, who was my second fave.

Allright, who likes roasted puppies?

Way to discriminate against us cannibals. You know some soup kitchens work hand in hand with state governments that still allow lethal injections for food distribution for the poor?
