Battle mode doesnt work after two days of play--Please Help !!!!

Hello,

I have recently purchased the ROME: Total war game. After installation i played the game for two days without any problem. But from the third day i found that the Battle mode isn't working. As soon as i am clicking the battle mode the system is throwing me out of the game(Crashes to my desktop).

I installed and re-installed the game twice but of no use. I even upgraded all my drivers.

I found lot of other users also have the same problem like me but none of posts never talked about how the issue got resolved. So please help meout on this.
