EB/data/text should have the file with all the quotes, atm I don't have EB installed so can't remember the name, but the file is there...
Vanilla one is data/text/quotes, check for that...
Yes, the quotes are in the EB/data/text/quotes.
Open up EB's data folder and use the Microsoft Windows search feature and look up "quotes" (without the quotation marks of course) and look for a .txt file, I believe it is. You won't miss it.
