Downloading campaign button fix

I'm thinking about re-installing MTW on my new computer (and hoping I can get it to work without being driven to drink :laugh4: ) so I made sure to check out this thread: https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showt...h-End-Cards%29 because I remembered how I needed to download the "campaign button fix" to get the game to work correctly on my old computer. Could anyone be so kind as to direct me to a working link so I can download this fix? Or perhaps show me which Mod the fix was originally derived from?

Disregard that last post, it seems that MTW works absolutely perfectly for me right out of the box, just had to fiddle with the resolution a little bit. Happy days :balloon2:

I believe the files came from Pike and Musket. The file name is MTW_Gold_v2.01_CTD_Fix.zip, I've been meaning to get it hosted on our server, but you can find links on Google if you search for that filename.
