This is a tragedy of the utmost kind visiting upon the shores of the US. For over 200 years, the US has lead the way in pioneering the skirt as the go-to clothing article for barely legal and barely illegal females. Now the anti-jailbait lobby wants to turn back the clock to the "olden times" when girls covered down to their ankles.
This is the problem in our society today. Anti-progress movements keep encroaching upon our society, infiltrating our government like the socialists and communists of yesteryear in order to perpetrate their goals of social engineering upon our unsuspecting, pro-miniskirt society. This is not about age, people. HS Cheerleader and POM grow up to be College Cheerleaders and POM and they grow up to be NFL/NBA Cheerleaders and strippers.
