Bosphoran Kingdom Faction

I'm am looking at playing the Koinon Hellenon as the Bosphoran Kingdom. I'm unsure of how to move them to Chersonese and wondering if there's a way to make it a homeland province so I could recruit phalangites. My next question is probably the harder one. I was interested in making the general's bodyguards either prodromoi or hellenic cataphracts (reasoning is I would expect them to be influenced HEAVILY by the cavalry of the nomads). Is there a way I can accomplish the above? Thanks.
