So I started a casse campaign in which I want to use goidilic units as my main fighting force.
However, I have conquered the two provinces in hibernia and build up my MIC's there, but the two above units cannot be trained.
Do I need reforms to be able to build them? And if so, which level do I need? time of bondsmen/time of soldiers???

they are disabled for recruitment in EDB, for they are deemed :not much used historically

to activate them try search for export_descr_buildings in eb folder, and look for their recruitment line, remove "not_here" from their prerequisites
