Stat. I promised a friend I would cook some kind of desert involving pumpkins this weekend, before realising that I have no recipes in my meagre student cookbooks that even mention pumpkins.
Post yours here, and I shall pick the worthiest of them all to make a pudding for kings.
Just buy the can and it'll have a recipe on it. And then get lots of reddi whip.
They don't sell cans of pumpkin over here. Also, my friend has the pumpkin and needs to get rid of it, preferably by eating it.
Although I am not the moderator of the Frontroom, I believe I can speak for the staff colleagues when I say that a return to the actual topic would be highly appreciated.

That would be the realm of Mrs. Clegane (not meant as a chauvinistic comment ~;)) - although I do not recall having any pumpkin pie in the past years (they typically end up in a soup in the Clegane household)Quote:

Bite into raw pumpkin, spray can of reddi whip into mouth.
roast chunks of it with olive oil, salt and black pepper on a baking tray or roasting pan and then use it (after cooling) in salads with rocket / watercress and whatever else you like
Save and roast the seeds as well! Pure yumminess!
