Your mod isn't on the Org, so it doesn't affect anything in your example case
Edit: I assumed it was a personal mod.

The Org doesn't support illegal activities such as hosting and supplying copyrighted material without permission or not deemed fairuse. You would probably get any download links pulled if you say they contained anything like that as well.
Anything you distribute, must be your own work, not someone else's. If you produce your own graphics/sounds, you're free to distribute them, if you use someone else's material you need their permission. And if you're planning on using "commercial" stuff, such as graphics and sounds lifted from other games or films and distributing that, etc - forget it.
Caravel and Tiaexz already said all that needed to be said, just adding my voice to this. No, it's not ok. Either you use original work to put in your mod or you get permission from the owners of the intellectual property you intend to use in your mod.Quote:
