Yes, historical figures that were alive and relevant around 272 BC. Pyrrhos Aiakides, Chremonides Aithalidos Attikos, Arshak I, Manius Curius Dentatus, and a few others. No Hannibal or Caesar since they were born after 272 BC.
You can play Pyrrhos if you start an Epeiros campaign.
All FMs at the start date are historical figures :P
Except those cases with no historical evidences available...
After the start date historical figures appear as ancillaries.
