At the top of my head, these will require the least modification:
Greco-Persian wars of 490 BC-> (Hegemonia)
Peloponnesian wars
Successor Kingdoms (Diadochi)
Making all factions playable for starters. Doing a small scale historical correction mod first. I'd expect a Tolkien mod as well.
The Carthaginian-Greek war in Sicily 500-300 bc (Akragas, Syrakosion, Motya, etc)
