[Tutorial] - Custom settlements - IWTE

First of all, I know that Burny26 already has created some tutorial (I actually first thought we would colaborate) but since there are no updates (from lack of time on his side i think) I thought I would create my own thread to be able to edit the first post. :thumbsup2

Thanks to King Kong for his tut, burny26 for his help in my beginnings and all the others i've forgotten.

But most of all, my greatest thanks go to Makanyane and Wilddog the two persons who have developped this fantastic tool.


I am convinced the IWTE is a very user friendly tool and that with some effort, anyone can undersand it.
This is the purpose of this tutorial


This tutorial has been written for any modder: from beginner to experienced, some may have difficulties understanding KK's tutorial (which is reserved to very experienced modders i would say :tongue:).

It includes some small tutorials on MS3D and the GIMP

So just get this tutorial and skip to the part where you are stuck! :yes:
