Hi CommanderCherry, welcome to the Org.
TWCenter is a very large and active vBulletin forum and this means it can occasionally have problems like this. Afraid there's little we here at the Org can do to help, although I'm sure the TWC admins are working on the problem.
The staff at TWC do a superb job at keeping the site running smoothly and solving problems. I'm certain that the forum will be back up as soon as is humanly possible. Database issues can be quite a pain in the butt though, particularly one the size of TWC's. It may take them a while to get it restored, depending on what the source of the problem is.
