Crash to desktop Help

The game is EB 1.2 i have added RS environment, extended unit mod, 1.2 fixes and changed a bit the export_building but not now before the start at the campaing no reason for this to be the cause.

So the crash happens in the turn of the Romanoi 218 winter. I tried bribing some armies, but it happens whenever romani move a army/general with army.
