so I had this graphics problem with nvidia

and I modified the preferences.script file, changing:

gfx_hdr 2;

instead of the gfx_hdr 0;

I feel now I've the real graphic. And dust. Before I have horrible things. Is it known?

I also have the feeling that changing gfx_video_memory 0; to something higher has some improvement.. but maybe it's just a feeling.

Is this known? Am I totally wrong and this can be changed in game?

Anyway, I still do not have correct texture on the war banners. I only get them if I delete the preferences.script file. Then the next time I start the game, no banner.

Something really strange is happening.

(I have the DVD install.)

Here's my recipe to have great graphisms and fluid game:

- supress the preferences.script file before starting the game

- launch the game, then exit

- edit manually the preferences.script file

I'm not sure if adjusting gfx_hdr does something... but gfx_video_memory is worth trying also. (I put 1900, I have a 2gb card, maybe I'm totally wrong)

- NEVER, NEVER edit the graphic settings in game.

I now have everything maxed out (even my banners) and it's really nice.

Just tick the unlimited GFX memory box.
