Choose of path must be made.

Hi,

I just started an campaign with Makedon. I'm in my 20th turn or something I gues. No suddenly all of my family members have to make a choose of path. Becoming an allied general of a client ruler. I find this somewhat strange.
Is this supposed to happen?

this happens in level 4 gov. these represent allied states, client states, vassals, etc. these guys are not your fm. Due to the limits of the game, they will have avatars, names, and traits the same as your Macedonians, but they are not Macedonian. they can either be excellent gov, or if you pull them out on the first turn they are allied generals. If you choose client ruler, he should never leave the province and should generally stay in the city.
