Ok, so unit will get +1 valor bonus on their associated Mastery building. It's easy to find out that carvarly will get bonus from Master Horse Breeder, archer will get bonus from Master Bowyer, Spear troops will get bonus from Master Spear Maker. But, for some unit it's really hard to determine which building they are associated with.
Royal knight/Ghuml Bodyguard: Master Horse Breeder or Royal Court?
Janissary Infantry/Ottoman Infantry: Master Bow or Master Sword?
Varangian Guard: Master Spear? (Does axe unit associate with Master Spear maker?)
Naptha Throwers: hmm, siege/bow?
