Shouldn't the TOC be stickied to the Entrance Hall???
I mean frankly, its basically for newbies and the vets to the .org will always know where to find it.
I mean, am I correct in understanding that newbies are confined to the Entrance Hall for a period of time (or something like that)? Is so, then they don't have access to the TOC.
Maybe I got this all wrong??? Maybe I'm posting this in the wrong forum???

New members can access the forums just like regular users, they just can't post anywhere except the Entrance Hall. Since the TOC references the Main Hall (MTW Forum) and the MTW game specifically, it's kept here.
The EH is by nature subject to repeat threads, but not always specific to the MTW game, so over there new users can be referred to the proper forum.
