I primarily play the Danes and the French. Early/Hard/GA. I've dabbled a bit with the HRE and English and have noticed a trend in assassignations, or lack thereof depending on who you are playing.
The Danes seem to get whacked quite a bit. I use the same process for every country I've played. Watch Towers, Border forts are built very early for all provinces. Soon as I can get spies I get them and put at least one in each home province. When playing the French, English and HRE I get some agents killed but witht Danes I get agents dropping like flies.
Just my bad luck or are there reasons for this?
