In EB 1, barbarians and nomads were quite limited (like no huge Citys) in comparison to other nations (Greeks, Romans, Carthaginians, etc.). Will it be similar in EB 2 or barbarians and nomads will be able to build better cities?

It will be similar to as in EB. For reasons of historical accuracy barbarians and nomadz will be limited in terms of the size of the settlements they can build.
Are there special buildings that they can build in conquered larger cities ?Quote:
