Sadly no, it cannot be fixed since the post processing effects are applied to everything on screen, that part of the engine is not modable.
However the effects can be deactivated on the fly via a shortcut, shift + f12.
Also everyone will have the option to completely deactivate the sub-mod.
i use your graphic mod with dlv mod and it looks a lot better than your pic http://postimg.org/image/auma7qes9/

It's caused by the HDR shader which was pretty much designed for the battlefield, and like I said, you should disable it via the shortcut.
If CA made it moddable to change the game shaders then yes, it would have been possible.
