Reforms in EBII

Hi all, I checked on the forum and couldn't find a definitive answer on this topic, so I thought I'd post here to see if there's an official response to this: what is the status of reforms so far in EB2? Do some factions have them but not others? Does each faction have all the reforms it's going to get? some of the reforms?

And finally, I just wanted to thank the EB Team for all their hard work. It's an absolute joy to play.

For the first release, we've focused on getting the initial roster up. There are certain reforms, but far from all that are planned.
