I know this maybe a little off topic, but I couldn't think of anywhere else to post this.
Those of you familiar with Window Blinds may also know that WinCustomize allows you to change the logon screen for XP. I have made an MTW logon, with user images too, taken from the MTW webkit and screenshots.
Question 1: Copyright to use the MTW images? It's my guess that there's no problem here as they images are made for distribution. However, some of the user files are taken from Guild images. Is that okay?
Q2: Who want's it?
Comments appreciated.

Nifty.
How do you do that?

As long as you are not using their copywrited images for a commercial purpose you will be okay. Most company's allow non-commercial fan use of such images, either expressly or by tacitly allowing such use.
CA/Activision would not waste their time bringing an action against a fan who was using images for a non-commercial purpose.
The cost of pursuing you in court would be vastly outwieghed by the miniscule damages they might be awarded.
Basically, you are not damaging their interest in the game by displaying their logo on your computer. You have nothing to worry about.

Okay, the logon screen was accepted by WinCustomize (thanks for the copyright info Dionysus).
To get the screen, go here http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=26 (if it isn't readily visible, search for Medieval)
Logons is a free download from WinCustomize. It changes the way the XP logon screen looks.
The MTW scrren also includes 9 user images.
Now you can make it Medieval
