Patches and Versions for Sale

Decided to get the Kingdoms expansion today after ending play of Med-II many months ago. I see several available at Amazon but -- how does one know which version or which patch is included? Also, while I had the box version and it did well on my Win7 machine, the ones I see list Win2000 as the latest version - just to be sure, does anyone know of any issues using Kingdoms on Win7? I guess after many years of playing Med-I/VI, Rome/Barbarian Invasions and Med-II, I need a little more TW fix :)
